Graham Cooke is a Clinical Senior Lecturer in Infectious Diseases at the Department of Medicine, Imperial College London. His research has focussed on human genetics of tuberculosis, HIV and malaria, using genome wide approaches, to identify novel targets for intervention. He was previously based at the Africa Centre for Health and Population Studies in KwaZulu-Natal investigating the clinical and public health aspects of HIV/Tuberculosis care. His current work focuses on HIV co-infection, particularly HIV/Hepatitis and HIV/Tuberculosis.
